Users of computer screens and monitors often complain of bad backs, sore necks, headaches and other upper body disorders. Our Healthy Computing team were previously employed by Ergotron, where they worked closely with IT resellers such as Dell, HP and Insight to design and implement ergonomic workstations for their corporate clients. They have completed various projects with the MOD, numerous hospital trusts and 999 control centres.

- Healthy computing consultancy- A display screen equipment (DSE) assessment service above and beyond the standard HSE requirements carried out by a team who regularly treat muscular dysfunction caused by poor working posture. We also have extensive experience of designing and implenting workstations in unusual situations, particularly in the Health sector.
- Supply and installation of computing equipment relating to Healthy Computing- We are official resellers of Ergotron monitor arms, Plantronics headsets, Logitech keyboards and other ergonomic computing products.
- Remedial, onsite and chair massage- This massage is essentially therapy unique to each individual to focus on relieving overused muscles and reducing stress. This differs from the usual corporate massage as we use specific sports therapy techniques originally designed for elite athletes to provide a longer lasting recovery from injury and stress rather than relying on simple holistic techniques.
